TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Minimum of two (2) persons travelling together per voucher. All travelers covered by one voucher must travel together.
All bookings are strictly subject to availability. Customers are required to provide at least 3 travel schedule options upon booking.
Full payment is required prior to any booking confirmations.
Customers are required to email scanned copies of the travelers’ passports to avoid any errors in booking.
A Booking Certificate will be issued to the Customer upon booking confirmation as a guarantee that the travel package will be provided. In case a third party supplier is unable to provide a portion of the package, the purchased voucher will serve as the Customer’s travel fund should they opt for a re-route, reschedule or re-package.
Requests for changes after booking has been confirmed will be subject to additional fees to be assessed by Prime Nakashima.
As a company policy, Prime Nakashima will issue the final ticket to the travelers 3 days to 1 week prior to departure.
Philippine passport holders are required to have a visa to enter Japan. Prime Nakashima will have the exclusive right to process the application of non-visa holders.
Requests for additional travelers and / or additional nights may be coordinated directly with Prime Nakashima.
