Your Travel Voucher is your reservation confirmation. Please ensure you input the correct email address when finalizing your purchase. Neither Larga nor the Travel Partner will be responsible for the safekeeping of your voucher. You may however seek help for the voucher to be reissued, just email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Booking must be done at least 45 days prior to the date of travel and is strictly subject to availability. Customers who wish to travel on dates or flight schedules without available slots under this promo, or within less than 45 days, may be charged a fee in addition to the published surcharges.
Customers are requested to provide at least 3 travel schedule options upon booking. Please note that slots in chosen dates cannot be guaranteed under this promo although best effort will be exerted by Prime Nakashima to arrange these for you.
Full payment is required prior to any booking confirmations.
Given the 24-Hour Guarantee, you are able to cancel the deal 24 hours after purchase for any reason. Outside of the 24 hours, any requests for cancellation or refund will be processed according to Larga’s Standard Cancellation Policy.
If you cancel after bookings have already been paid for, it will be subject to this package’s cancellation policy.
A cancellation request made before any confirmations have been made are subject to Larga’s Standard Cancellation Policy (see FAQ).
A cancellation request made after airfare or hotel or tours or any combination of the travel package elements have been confirmed is not refundable. A request for reschedule or rerouting may be requested, with applicable charges.
A cancellation request made on the date of departure is considered No Show, and will no longer be refundable.
Voucher holders are required to email scanned copies of the travelers’ passports to avoid any errors in the final booking.
For domestic travel, if you don’t have a passport, a government issued ID would suffice.
For international travel, kindly ensure that your passport does not expire for at least 6 months.
Change in names after confirmation of travel arrangement may incur additional costs. Such will be provided by the Travel Partner.
A Booking Certificate will be issued to the Customer upon booking confirmation as a guarantee that the travel package will be provided. In case a third party supplier is unable to provide a portion of the package, the purchased voucher will serve as the Customer’s travel fund should they opt for a re-route, reschedule or re-package.
Requests for changes after booking has been confirmed will be subject to additional fees to be assessed by Prime Nakashima.
As a company policy, Prime Nakashima will issue the final ticket to the travelers 3 days to 1 week prior to departure.
Philippine passport holders are required to have a visa to enter Australia. Prime Nakashima will have the exclusive right to process the application of non-visa holders.
Requests for additional nights, additional tours, flight or hotel upgrades, and any other package modification may be coordinated directly with Prime Nakashima.
In case of unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather conditions, political upheavals and the like, travel may be rescheduled or re-routed to other destinations. Best effort will be given to provide a minimum 24-hour notice and in the case of a re-route, additional fees may apply.
