Upon arrival at Narita Airport, meet your English Speaking Assistant and proceed to Tokyo via airport limousine bus. Dropoff will be at the nearest bus stop. Check in at the hotel and rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

DAY 2: AMAZING TOKYO 1 DAY TOUR (Meals: Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast inside hotel, proceed to your Amazing Tokyo Tour with English-speaking guide via Seat in Coach. Be sure to be at the meeting point 10-15 minutes earlier. Stat your tour by driving by Harajuku and National Diet Building. Then visit the historical Meiji Jingo Shinto Shrine and Imperial Palace, the primary residence of the Emperor of Japan. Aftewards, enjoy the sights and sounds as you pass by Akihabara and Ueno.

Proceed to Asakusa to visit the world-famous Sensoji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist Temple. Afterwards, pass by Tokyo Sky Tree and Soramachi Shopping Mall. Then proceed to your grand Tokyo Bay Cruise. Tour ends at Shinjuku where your tour guide will inform you how to get back to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

DAY 3: MT. FUJI & KAWAGUCHIKO TOUR (Meals: Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast in your hotel, proceed to your Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko Tour with English-speaking guide via Seat in Coach. Be sure to be at the meeting point 10-15 minutes earlier.

Drive to Lake Kawaguchiko and visit Oshino Ninja Village, a ninja theme park where you will be able to relax and unwind at a traditional garden and enjoy a delicious Japanese lunch. Afterwards, travel to Mt. Fuji 5th Station (If weather permits). Next stop, the Fuji Airways where you will have a unique experience of taking a virtual flight right over the magical slopes of Mt. Fuji featuring the 4 wonderful seasons of Japan. Then transfer back to Tokyo where tour will disband at Shinjuku. The tour guide will inform you on how to get back to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

DAY 4: TOKYO – OSAKA (Meals: Breakfast)

Have breakfast in your hotel then depart for Osaka (Send 1 big luggage to Osaka for next day delivery and prepare small bag for 1-night stay). Transfer to Tokyo Station or Shinawaga Station via local train and take the Bullet Train up to Shin Osaka Station where you’ll enjoy a relaxing ride aboard Japan’s High Speed Train. Upon arrival in Osaka meet another local assistant and take local train to your hotel. Check in at the hotel then rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

DAY 5: KYOTO DAY TOUR (Meals: Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast in your hotel, proceed to your Kyoto Day Tour with English Speaking Guide via Seat in Coach. Be sure to be at the meeting point 10-15 minutes earlier. Spend the day exploing Kyoto’s finest attractions including the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Togetsukyo Bridge, Nonomiya Shrine, Kinkakuji Temple, Todaiji Temple and Nara Deer Park. Tour ends at Namba Ocat and transfer back to hotel on your own arrangement. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

DAY 6: OSAKA – KANSAI DEPARTURE (Meals: Breakfast)

After breakfast in your hotel, enjoy your remaining time in Japan at your own leisure. Then transfer to Kansai Airport via airport limousine bus for your flight back to Manila.

  • This Travel Deal is payable in installment. To confirm your reservation, you must pay the non-refundable Reservation Fee. Once the Reservation Fee is confirmed received, a Travel Voucher will be sent to you which also confirms your booking.
  • The schedule of payment and corresponding invoices to complete your booking will also be sent to you via email along with your Travel Voucher. Full payment is required at least 30 days before your departure date or upon visa approval, if it applies, whichever comes first.
  • Your Travel Voucher is your booking confirmation. Please ensure you input the correct email address when finalizing your purchase. Neither Larga nor the Travel Partner will be responsible for the safekeeping of your voucher. You may however seek help for the voucher to be reissued, just email for assistance.
  • Given the 24-Hour Guarantee, you are able to cancel the deal 24 hours after purchase for any reason. Outside of the 24 hours, any requests for cancellation or refund will be processed according to Larga’s Standard Cancellation Policy.
  • A cancellation request made on or before your booking is confirmed will be processed according to Larga’s Standard Cancellation Policy (see FAQ). After which, no cancellations are accepted following the terms & conditions of the Travel Partner, as on next point.
  • All payments made are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-convertible. Strictly no cancellations upon confirmation of booking.
  • If applicable, visa application is processed by the Travel Partner. The requirements are listed down in a checklist which you’ll need to collect, fulfill and submit to the Travel Partner. You must complete the relevant documents in the checklist to increase chances of approval. The visa approval or disapproval is decided upon by the relevant embassy. Neither LARGA nor the Travel Partner will be responsible for the outcome of the application. In the event that you are disapproved, you may re-apply, if possible.
  • The rate for of the package is especially negotiated for Philippine travelers. Non-Philippine passport holders may still avail of the package subject to the foreign passport surcharge indicated above.
  • Voucher holders are required to email scanned copies of the travelers’ passports to avoid any errors in the final booking. For international travel, kindly ensure that your passport does not expire for at least 6 months before the departure date.
  • Change in names after confirmation of travel arrangement may incur additional costs. Such will be provided by the Travel Partner.
  • All the details tied to this travel deal are fixed, and are bound by the arrangements made by the Travel Partner and the Tour Provider. When booking and buying this Travel Deal, you agree and are bound the tour conditions as stated in this Travel Deal.
  • Requests for additional nights, additional tours, flight or hotel upgrades, and any other package modification may be coordinated directly with the Travel Partner and are subject to additional fees.
  • In case of unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather conditions, political upheavals and the like, travel may be rescheduled or re-routed to other destinations. Best effort will be given to provide a minimum 24-hour notice and in the case of a re-route, additional fees may apply.
